Refund & Return Policy

1. We provide a 3 days return policy in case the customer receives damaged goods or the wrong product. You can email for a return request. We will facilitate the pick-up of the item once we have discussed the issue regarding replacement with the Buyer/ Reseller. In case pick-up is not arranged by us, you can return the item through a speed post and share tracking details. We will return the courier cost. Money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
2. As a precautionary measure, we recommend that all Buyers/ Resellers make an unboxing video while opening all orders received from us. This will ensure returns are easily processed and provide us valuable feedback.
